Upward communication

Feedback received: Managers need to know what the status of my work is
What I've learned:

I continue to strive to increase my communication upward to make sure my current status is transparent, however I am pretty sure this is an area I need to work on. I now try to make sure I am sending a Slack message to Jennifer and Claude as soon as I am ready for new work and looking to find out what the current priority is, but I need to be more disciplined about adding notes to the tickets I am currently working on when they take longer than expected.

Testing notes

Feedback received: Testers need to know how to test tickets
What I've learned:

I now also try to make sure I add specific testing instructions to tickets before moving them to the testing column.

Bring up potential external development opportunties

What I've learned:

Based on feedback I've received, I have begun looking for additional learning opportunities such as local conferences to bring to the team.
