Based on feedback I've received, I have been looking for local conferences to bring to the team. I hope to find several next year that are close enough and affordable enough that we can send team members to them in order to improve all of our skills.

I feel like I still don't know enough about the inner workings of the Turner world, especially in regard to how video gets from its origins to our systems. I hope to continue to learn about this next year.

I've been fortunate to be able to work with new technologies on this team such as GraphQL, React, and AWS serverless architecture. I hope to be able to continue learning these and other new technologies, and further hone my craft.

I will need to teach the rest of the team how GraphQL, and specifically our GraphQL app, works in order to reduce the bus factor of our system.
